All of Urhobo nationality and descent and interested members of the public are hereby invited to this humanitarian fundraiser event. Please see details below:

You are all cordially invited to the Urhobo Progress Union Michigan’s Annual Dinner and Cultural Night 2013.

Guest Room Rate: Beginning Thursday, May 30, through checkout on Sunday, June 2nd, the hotel is offering a group rate:
Standard guest room at $89.00 + tax per room per night.
Elegant Corner suites at $149.00 + tax per room per night

Cut-Off Date for Hotel Reservation: The cut-off date for hotel reservation at the group rate is Tuesday, May 14, 2013 by noon. Please note that your credit card information will be required at the time of booking but you will not be billed until after your stay.

Air Travel Arrangements: Please book your flight to arrive at the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW). UPUMI will provide transportation to pick you from the airport to the hotel and back after the event. Please book your flight immediately to get the best deal as airfares will likely increase the closer we approach the event date.

Fundraiser Admission Tickets: Free Admission (Donation would be appreciated).

Raffle Tickets: Raffle tickets are $1.00 each. 1st Prize: 35” HD TV; 2nd Prize: Laptop Computer; 3rd Prize: GPS; 4th: Electric Blender. You do not have to be present to win.

Fundraiser Brochure: The brochure will be standard 8.5” x 11” size, glossy color (cover & inside), but black & white ads are o.k. Please use this medium to send congratulatory message to UPUMI or Individual and also advertise your business and product. We thank you for your patronage. Deadline for submission of advertisements: Saturday, May 18, 2013. Please note that all advertisements must be paid for in advance.
